Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom and bespoke orders
• Pre-order items (unless damaged or incorrect)
• Final sale items
• Items that have been used or washed

A Note on Handmade Products

All Blocks That Print products are handcrafted by artisans in Jaipur. Slight variations in print placement, colour, and texture are a natural and celebrated part of the handmade process — these are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ria@blocksthatprint.com with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

• Email us at ria@blocksthatprint.com with your order number and reason for return
• We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
